- Please give us at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or the salon may need to ask for full payment on any future bookings.

- Salon may require a small deposit for bookings. Deposits are non refundable.

- Appointments cancelled with deposits left can be rescheduled

- At Nail Land London, we want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite your service, we ask that our clients arrive on time. Late arrivals are also considered broken appointments. If you think you may be running late, please call and confirm that your appointment time is still available. If you do not arrive on time of your appointment, it will be given to another client. There is no guarantee that you will receive an appointment as a “walk- in.”

- Please note that time of booking appointment is not guaranteed you will be served on time. We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. However, from some reasons if we are running behind schedule, we will ask you in order to wait.

- We recommend to bring open toe sandals to wear after classic pedicure (with normal polish)

- Patch tests may be required before some treatments

- Nail Land London offers a no refund policy for any treatments carried out. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your treatment we will be happy to rectify the problem or offer you another treatment.

- Gift vouchers are available and valid for 3 months

- Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash in part or full

as we prepare to reopen our salon in Greenwich, London from Monday 12th April, we would like to say thank you to you, our team members and our communities. The care, consideration and kindness shown during this time has been inspiring.

We can't wait to welcome you back to enjoy the extraordinary nailing atmosphere of Nail Land London. As we open our doors, the salon will come to life again with mani-pedi treatments, speciality sculptured acrylics - gel and creative streak in our exclusive nail arts.

We will also be introducing exciting new and helpful services in the salon, with measures in place to make your nailing experience as safe and seamless as possible.

Experiencing nail treatments in the salon will be a bit different from the last time you visited, but you are in the right place to find out how we've made Nail Land London a safer place for everyone. We've made a few changes to how we operate so we can help everyone visiting and working at Nail Land London stay safe. Here is what you need to know:

  • A deposit £10 per customer will be required for all booking appointments prior your arrival. A cancellation fee £10 will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours' notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

  • If you have any symptoms of coronavirus: high temperature; new, continuous cough; loss or change to your sense of smell or taste or have been exposed to Covid-19; we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Traditional nail polish treatments will be offered as usual but you will be asked to leave the salon after polish application as we do not use dryer to dry your nails (due to the health and safety reasons). Customers are responsible for any damages. Please bring your open toe sandals for Classic pedicure treatment.

  • Only clients receiving services will be permitted into salon. (No children/accompanies allowed in the salon)

  • Use a hand sanitiser upon entry.

  • Scan NHS QR code from your NHS COVID-19 app to check-in when you arrive in the salon.
  • All customers must wear face masks or face coverings during their treatment. You can purchase a face mask in the salon if you don't have one.

  • All nail customers will get a disposable kit for their treatment. This ensures hygienic nail service for each client every time. This kit includes: nail file, nail buffer, cuticle pusher, pumice pad and toe separators.

  • Maintain a 2 metre distance where possible and follow the floor markings.

  • You will be asked to not use phones during treatments.

  • For limiting contact, our drink and magazine services have been temporarily suspended.

  • Around the salon, we've implemented additional hygiene policies, from increased regular cleaning throughout the day and daily deep clean with antiviral disinfectant.

  • All members of staff will be wearing additional protective equipment.

  • Please be considerate to other visitors, giving them time and space to enter and exit salon where required, and understand they may have different requirements to yours.

  • We're sorry if there's a wait and things are a little slower than normal. We're taking extra steps to help keep our customers and colleagues safe. Please bear with us while our team do their best for you.

We hope that you could understand for our new changes which follow strictly safety guidances. In the UK nail industry, we were the first to close even a week before country lockdown announcement and for sure we will be the last to reopen as your safety is our top priority.
